Biography John Stull, Republican, was a State Assembly Member, 1967-1972 and a State Senator, 1973-1978. His 80th Assembly District and 38th Senate District included cities within San Diego County. He was born in Corinth, Iowa in 1920 and moved to California in 1944. He attended the University of Iowa and received a B.A. degree.
